Terms of Service

Product scope

Propcharter helps owners and renters document property condition. The service provides workflow, evidence storage, AI-assisted drafting, and report export. It does not provide property management, tenancy advocacy, legal advice, or insurance advice.

Owner responsibility

Owners remain responsible for lawful inspection scheduling, accurate report review, and final report sign-off. AI-generated draft content must be checked before it is used.

Renter participation

Renter participation is optional. Declining the renter inspection flow should not affect the tenancy. Owners must not use the product to pressure renters into supplying information.

Refunds and cancellations

A paid inspection may be cancelled before renter evidence is submitted. Refund handling is reviewed case by case where a renter declines to participate or the owner supplied incorrect contact information.

Records and disputes

Signed reports, audit logs, and export files may be used as evidence in tenancy disputes. Propcharter preserves audit records to support report integrity and non-repudiation.
